Stairs and Juice

 Saturdays are for sleeping in till noon in my opinion, however some exceptions include perfect weather and good hair days. This Saturday had both and so I crawled out of bed (literally) put on a sports bra and tennis shoes and headed to the park with my best friend. We were reluctant to eat real food before running stairs and working out so we opted for some of the most DELICIOUS pressed juice in the world. Suja is the most amazing juice in the whole world and if I could have it with every meal I would. PLUS it has a probiotic... honestly this stuff is straight out of a miracle.

Chasing Waterfalls

One of my most recent adventures was a hike in the El Yunque National Rainforest in Puerto Rico. We wanted to get there early so we didn't have to deal with all the cruise ship excursions that go through there later in the day. La Mina falls is the main waterfall although there are others that don't require a hike. The hike to the falls is about a mile and a mix of up and down hill but is definitely worth it! You can swim however the water is much colder than the water on the beach, I also suggest shoes you don't mind getting wet and definitely bring a water bottle! This is the second time I've done this hike and it's just as beautiful every time I go. Just before the falls You'll drive by what looks like and old tower, Definitely stop here on the way to or on the way back from the falls. This lookout tower offers amazing views of the rainforest and the the surrounding area... Yes, the water really is that blue ahhhhh!
